Three Plastics Industry Awards 2026 finalist places
Reaching the final in all three categories marks a fantastic achievement for Flambeau Europe. Moreover, the nominations recognise progress across several different areas of our business.
Our Processor of the Year finalist place reflects our continued growth and investment in manufacturing capability. It also recognises our strong customer relationships and commitment to developing our people.
Meanwhile, our work with Sierra 57 Consult Ltd earned a finalist place for Best Training and Development Programme of the Year. Together, we have introduced comprehensive training-needs assessments and tailored development pathways. Practical modular training also helps our trainees strengthen their technical skills on the factory floor.
In addition, our evolving relationship with Makita secured a place in Best Business Initiative of the Year. Our teams continue to explore ways to improve established products and develop further opportunities for UK manufacture in Ramsgate.

Each nomination highlights a different part of Flambeau Europe. However, they all reflect the same long-term approach. We continue to invest in our manufacturing capability, develop our people and strengthen our customer partnerships.
