2025 marked a major shift in our digital presence. Our name change from Flambeau EuroPlast to Flambeau Europe symbolised a modernisation of our brand, and this strategy extended across our European brands, including Stadium Building Products and Rhino. Both Flambeau Europe and Stadium Building Products launched refreshed websites and updated branding, allowing us to share news, industry insights, and product innovations more effectively. On our main Flambeau Europe site, we ramped up social media activity and website content, consistently interacting with our community for the first time, both online and in-person. This digital transformation has strengthened connections with customers, partners, and industry peers, enhancing the way we share knowledge and expertise.
Flambeau Europe 2025: Investment in Machinery and Production
Our injection moulding capabilities were boosted significantly with three major machine additions in 2025:
- 60-ton machine installed in April → Haitian 60-ton machine article
- 550-ton machine installed in September → 550-ton machine investment article

These investments have strengthened our ability to produce parts across a wide range of sizes and complexity. They have improved our precision and, crucially, increased efficiency. The new 550-ton, 60-ton, and 35-ton machines have also allowed us to better serve high-volume production and more complex tooling requirements, enabling faster lead times for customers and a greater capacity for innovation.
Enhancing Production Flexibility and Efficiency
The expansion of our machinery line-up ensures we can meet the diverse needs of our customers. From large-scale projects requiring heavy-tonnage moulding to precision parts needing smaller machines, our production flexibility is now unmatched, helping us deliver consistent quality and reliability.
Overcoming Challenges Together
2025 was not without its hurdles. In July, a weekend break-in resulted in the theft of tonnes of copper cable powering our machinery, temporarily halting production. Enhanced security and safety measures were immediately implemented, ensuring our production lines remain secure and resilient against unexpected events.
