Flambeau operates dedicated injection moulding facilities worldwide. With over 160 machines, ranging from 24 to 1700 tons clamp force, we can handle a wide variety of component sizes. Our Ramsgate facility is equipped with 16 machines, ranging from 60 to 1700 tons. The site holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, and production is monitored in real-time using our EnterpriseIQ manufacturing software. Additionally, we’ve received high ratings from several major customers based on their stringent quality standards. These achievements are a testament to our commitment to quality and excellence.
