Flambeau can work with you from processing existing tools, through to selecting materials and designing a mould to minimise part cost, whilst meeting product functional and quality specifications. We achieve this by optimising component part weight and cycle time to an agreed APQP project plan and timescale which we apply to:

Injection and Blow Moulding
Once a mould has been manufactured and validated in our presses, standard processing settings are used to produce the component that comply to ISO 9001 standards, 24 hours a day 5 days a week. Our EnterpriseIQ manufacturing software enables full component traceability and keeps our Customer Service Team up to date with order progress across key areas, namely:
- Polymer processing
- Injection moulding
- Blow moulding
Flambeau has global sourcing capabilities so we can procure any components to manufacture to complete your assembly at the optimal cost. We can package components – label and package finished product assemblies of our own branded products, or alternatively leverage our customers own label requirements.
