As a specialist in technical blow moulding, Flambeau delivers advanced plastic blow moulding manufacturing solutions tailored to complex applications across the industrial, automotive, and retail sectors. With a strong focus on precision and consistency, we apply our expertise in both extrusion and suction blow moulding. Additionally, we work with a broad range of resins to create high-performance components that meet stringent mechanical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Based in Ramsgate, UK, our dedicated facility is equipped with 11 blow moulding machines. These machines incorporate accumulator heads, continuous extrusion systems, and suction blow moulding technology. As a result, we offer flexible production capacities ranging from 10 to 200 litres. This allows us to handle everything from lightweight packaging to heavy-duty technical parts used in critical automotive systems.
