Scaling Production with New Injection Moulding Technology
To meet Makita’s increasing demand for precision moulding, Flambeau has installed seven state-of-the-art injection moulding presses ranging from 100 to 1000 tons. A newly upgraded material handling system further improves efficiency. These investments allow us to manufacture high-volume components with tight tolerances and consistent quality.
In addition to installing new presses, we modernized several existing machines to align with the upgraded manufacturing cell. The facility now features enhanced drying systems, material dosing units, and additional silos. By leveraging automated manufacturing technology, we boost productivity while reducing material waste.
