Injection Moulding

Flambeau has dedicated injection moulding facilities around the world, with over 160 machines ranging from 24 to 1700 ton clamp force allowing us undertake the full injection moulding process to process a large range of component sizes. In the Ramsgate facility there are 21 machines from 60 to 1700 tons. The site has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, and production is monitored in real time by our cohesive EnterpriseIQ manufacturing software. Flambeau has attained high ratings against a number of its major customers' quality standards. These are building blocks in the company's pursuit of quality and excellence.

We offer our customers complete solutions that can include product design, tooling supply, automated component finishing, through to value added assembly and packaging. By utilising the latest MoldFlow software and our in-house expertise in injection moulding, product costs can be optimised to our customers’ requirements. With expertise around the globe and years of experience in the injection moulding process, we handle unique requirements across the Industrial, Automotive and Retail market on a day to day basis.
